A Day in the Life of a Homeschooler

Published by Brenda Emmett at 6:34 pm under Schooling at Home Edit This

Now the first thing I want to make sure that you understand, is that although there are some great facts shown on this video about homeschooling, the video is meant to be a joke.  The young girl who made this video thought it would be fun to poke fun at the stereotypical perceptions about kids who are homeschooled.

Anyone who homeschools knows that it is a lot of work and that typically there is more work for the kids than they get in public school.  That is the way it is in my home and I know it is that way for many others.  I hope you get a laugh or two from this video and enjoy it as much as I did.

So what are some other misconceptions about homeschooling?  Leave me a comment and share.

I thought the video was cut myself. I have a cousin who is now doing computer homeschooling through the state. She seems to love it even more than going to school if that can possible lol. But her mother does keep her involved on a social level. Do you feel that those who are homeschooled need more attention in there social skills?

I liked the video. It was cute. I know many people think that homeschooling is easy. From what I have read from many of people including yourself, homeschooling takes time and I think the kids do work harder than what kids do in public schools. I also beleive that kids that are homeschooled have more advantages than what kids do in over populated schools. They have the one on one communication needed to understand some subjects. It is a better learning experience. I also heard that the grades are exceptional.
